Who would have thought…12 soldiers and 1 civilian would get killed on a military post.
Who would have thought…that it was a Major in the U.S. Army that did the shooting.
Who would have thought…that the same Major was a psychiatrist that when psycho.
Who would have thought…that an extremist muslim would be allowed in the Army.
Who would have thought…that he really needs to go on trial.
How does this happen? I MAJOR in the United States Army. Hasan urged that muslim should be allowed to claim conscientious objector status when it comes to fighting other muslims in war. That is bullshit. Hasan was an officer. he could have easily given up his commission if he felt that strongly about the war, but I would bet that on the 1st and 15th when he was paid by the same U.S. Army, he didn’t have a problem with the war.
It is sad to think that the soldiers that were killed were at a Soldier Readiness Center getting ready to deploy or just got back off of deployment. As a soldier myself, I do not expect to be shot at while doing my checkups to deploy, or even on post. I figure that the base is safe. We have guards at the front gates, and thousands of soldiers who could not possibly kill one of their own. Or so I thought.
What a coward this officer was to fire on a bunch of unarmed civilians. I am glad that the police were able to shoot him and put him in the hospital. It’s too bad he wasn’t killed because now this piece of shit is going to go on trial. That is one thing I hate about America. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Bullshit. This mother fucker was shot in the act.
Even though he wasn’t killed, the next best thing happened. He is paralyzed. At least that is a happy ending. I would give him life in prison now so that he has to endure through that. And lucky for him, at least he won’t be able to feel his sore ass in the mornings.
